PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Sure. It will never be reciprocated unless your name is Kady, and you'll get on his shit list for it, but no harm will come to you.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Open to it, though I prefer to plot it out beforehand.
ROMANCE/FLIRTING: Romance? Nope. Flirting? Totally cool. Reactions may range from flirting right back to "dude, no, get out of my face", depending on who's doing the flirting.
SEXUAL CONTENT: Absolutely. Penny is so far pretty heterosexual, but his sexuality has not been outright said, so anything is possible with the right effort and circumstances.
PSYCHIC ABILITIES: Penny is a powerful Psychic, his ability to pick up on thoughts and feelings is pretty much always turned on, much to his chagrin. He can also manipulate memories and dreams and control minds, though he's never been inclined to do any of that, it's within his power and skill. For more in depth information, please refer to his Abilities section in his application. If you're threading with Penny and want to make clear what he can and can't pick up on or do with your character's mind, please go to this post and fill out the form in a comment. MAGIC/POWERS: Aside from psychic powers, Penny can cast a myriad of different sorts of spells, brew potions, so on and so forth. Wards, location spells, battle magic that involves throwing out projectiles of fire, the list goes on. In Deerington, his magic is unpredictable half the time, but that won't stop him from casting when he needs to. If you have concerns about his use of magic in general around or towards your character, or you want to discuss how the magic of your character might affect him and/or his magic, please leave a comment on this post!
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Penny has a bit of a dependency on drugs and alcohol to dull his psychic abilities, but otherwise he's totally healthy.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS OR TRIGGERS: Penny's an asshole, and worse, he's an asshole who can read minds and use what he hears against someone. Most of the time, his hidden compassion prevents him from going too far, but if put in the right sort of mood, he can and will bluntly say some harsh things to certain people. Other than that, Penny abuses drugs and alcohol as mentioned above and it's implied a few times that he's a victim of childhood neglect and abuse, though he is not vocal at all about it.

BACKTAGGING: Absolutely okay. I am a completionist and prefer to try and finish a thread to its natural conclusion no matter how long it takes rather than drop it. Sometimes I am forced to drop threads if I get swamped, though. It's a last resort for me.
FOURTH WALLING: I'm generally okay with fourth walling, so long as it's not like he's bluntly being told "you're a character in a TV show and don't exist." If you're not overly cruel about it, it should be fine.
THREADHOPPING: If it's a public network thread, I don't see why not. For anything else, it depends on the context, so just ask first!
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS/TRIGGERS: I won't play out rape or certain kinds of graphic body horror. The surgical procedures featured in the movies Human Centipede and Tusk are examples of body horror I can't deal with. Pregnancy horror such as what was in the film Prometheus is also a hard No, as is anything to do with mutilation and violation of the genitals. But zombies, alien chest-bursters, flesh eating viruses and parasites and most other kinds of body horror are okay with me.
